Next weekend, Olivier Hart will be competing in the GT4 European Series for the first time this season. Olivier will be driving a Mercedes AMG GT4 for the Selleslagh Racing Team at his home circuit of Zandvoort, racing alongside his 17-year-old Italian teammate Luca Bosco, a former top karter who is making his motorsport debut this year. Together, they will take on a field of over forty GT4 machines, including competitors from brands like Porsche, Aston Martin, BMW, Audi, and McLaren.
“Zandvoort is always spectacular, especially after the upgrades for the upcoming Grand Prix. I’m really looking forward to taking on the strong international competition with the SRT Mercedes,” said Olivier ahead of the weekend in which he will make his debut in the Mercedes.
The collaboration with the SRT team marks a return to a partnership that has yielded tremendous success in the past. David Hart, driving for Patrick Selleslagh’s team, won the 24 Hours of Zolder in 2005 and 2006, reached the podium at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and won a prestigious Belcar title.
A total of two sixty-minute races will be held on Sunday, with driver changes. Both races can be followed live via the following link: https://european.gt4series.com/live
